Dr. Antima Sharma

Dr. Antima Sharma is currently working as an Assistant Professor, Senior Scale at the Directorate of Online Education at Manipal University Jaipur. She completed her Ph.D., bachelor's in commerce, and master’s in Finance and Human Resource Management. She has more than ten years of experience in industry and academia and has worked with multinational companies, renowned institutes, and universities. Dr. Antima teaches subjects like Human Resource Management, Organizational Behaviour, Basic Trade & Commerce, and Basic Accounting. She is conducting research and publishing high-caliber papers in reputable publications. Besides teaching and reserach, she has also coordinated international conferences, workshops, and seminars.
